As a Remote Client Service Travel Coordinator youll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients while delivering unparalleled service. This remote position requires a detailoriented individual with a deep understanding of travel logistics and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients understanding their travel preferences and curating personalized itineraries to meet their needs and desires.
Travel Planning: Utilize your expertise in travel logistics to research destinations accommodation transportation options and activities ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for clients.
Communication Excellence: Engage with clients via various channels including email phone calls and virtual meetings providing expert guidance answering inquiries and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with travel vendors such as airlines hotels and tour operators to secure bookings negotiate rates and resolve any issues that may arise during the travel planning process.
Problem Solving: Proactively anticipate and troubleshoot any potential issues or challenges related to travel arrangements offering creative solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling additional travel services or packages maximizing revenue potential and enhancing the overall client experience.
