Red Ember Recruitment is seeking an experienced payroll administrator based at the client in Prospecton.
- Processing multiple weekly and monthly payrolls in the motor industry.
- Sound knowledge of the motor industry not negotiable.
- Administration and calculation of employee benefits.
- Payroll monthend and yearend administration reconciliation and payments.
- Reconciliation of employees tax.
- Timeous and accurate capturing and processing of employee data about employee engagements and terminations.
- Administration of leave BCEA & MIBCO Rules.
- Management of any adhoc changes to employees information benefits (medical aid provident etc.) and deductions.
- Preparation reconciliation and maintenance of payroll separate payslips and leave and bonus reports as required by management or accountants.
- Setting up of methods of calculation and batch importing.
- Management and reconciliation of provident fund portal (MIBCO).
- Liaise with plants regarding any employee pay queries and reports required.
- Knowledge of timekeeping systems and integration into payroll (advantageous).
- Handle all payrollrelated queries and requirements and general office administration
- COIDA Submissions Yearly & Monthly Reports.
- Maintain and reconcile any garnishee orders thirdparty payments and SARS ITA88s.
Requirements
- Grade 12 with a minimum of a three year Diploma in HR or Finance.
- Sound knowledge and working experience on SAGE VIP Premier with ODBC & report writing essential
- (not negotiable). Minimum 10 years experience.
- Sound knowledge of MIBCO (portal and monthly submissions) BCEA and LRA.
- Computer literatee.g. Microsoft Word Outlook & PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel (not negotiable).
- Excellent mathematical skills. (basic financial knowledge and consolidation of payrolls).
- Accuracy and ability to pay attention to detail.
- Valid driver s license and own vehicle.
- Sound knowledge of all statutory requirements reconciliations and online returns (efiling & Easy File).
