JOB OVERVIEW
You will be responsible for leading and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share. You will oversee the development and execution of sales plans marketing campaigns and promotional activities to achieve business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives
- Lead motivate and mentor the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and collective targets

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver results.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles techniques and best practices.
- Ability to think strategically solve problems and make informed decisions.
