Job Description
Bay Area Hospital is looking for a Perm CRNA in the Anesthesia Services Department. As the Medical Center for Oregon s South Coast Bay Area Hospital offers a comprehensive range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. We offer a great atmosphere and many growth opportunities for our employees.
Job Description:
- TOTAL compensation package xx350K (to be discussed at interview)

Requirement description :
ALL OF THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE.

- Board Certified CRNA (prior to start) REQUIRED
- Oregon license (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED
- 1 year of employment experience as CRNA REQUIRED
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Oregon
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : 1 year employment experience as CRNA
