Summary Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Marketing Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing leadership qualities to have a hold on the team strong analytical skills and a creative mindset to drive marketing initiatives forward for the growth of EazyGrad. As a Marketing Team Lead you will play a pivotal role in shaping engaging content nurturing our dynamic community and spearheading impactful outreach endeavors. Your responsibilities will entail collaborating closely with our skilled team to craft compelling narratives tailored to our diverse social media channels such as Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned to overall portfolio business strategies and comprehensive leadgeneration strategies through social media platforms to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for EazyGrad.
- Establish and nurture the brand by developing a strong brand identity and positioning in the market.
- Collaborate with the internal teams including creative content digital and analytics to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of highquality campaigns and create compelling and engaging content that communicates the value proposition of EazyGrad to our target market.
- Implement organic activities for lead generation customer experience advocacy and crossselling across various customer segments.
- Lead a marketing team by aligning them with the overall vision and ensuring effective execution of strategies and for the creation of marketready collaterals artifacts etc.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends insights and opportunities for growth.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies to continually enhance our marketing strategies and tactics.
