Job Description

What we are looking for

Were seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all finance operations including planning analysis payroll and reconciliations. Youll drive continuous improvement in financial controls ensuring adherence to processes while implementing new ones. Additionally youll play a key role in presenting decisions to stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.


What does the job involve

  • Financial Operations Management

    • Ensure compliance with regulations and fiscal requirements including effective tax planning.
    • Oversee financial systems audits payments and payroll processing while enforcing internal policies and procedures.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis

    • Prepare budgets forecasts and financial statements in line with IFRS standards.
    • Monitor budget performance provide insights to stakeholders and support special projects as required.
  • Compliance and Risk Management

    • Maintain adherence to processes implement improvements and ensure timely tax filing.
    • Safeguard confidentiality of personnel and financial information driving continuous
    • improvement in financial controls.
  • Team Leadership and Development

    • Mentor and train junior staff promoting adoption


Qualifications

  • A solid background as a Chartered accountant (ACA ACCA CIMA) with 510 years of experience and a Bachelors Degree with preference given to those holding a Masters Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel or Google Sheets and intermediate skills in productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and manipulation with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A problemsolving mindset with a strong sense of accountability and mentorship skills capable of delivering structured solutions to challenges and thriving in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to excel in a fastpaced environment.
