Join and drive the growth of a global construction lifecycle assessment leading SaaS to multiply the business and positive climate impact we have.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Engineer to join our fastgrowing team working to decarbonise buildings and construction currently responsible for around 40% of global carbon emissions.

We are close to doubling our business each year and youll be in a pivotal role to make this happen within AEC and Manufacturing sectors. Join us to help grow a business that plays a key role in delivering a zerocarbon future for us all.

You will be responsible for identifying customer needs/opportunities and helping them find solutions that will allow them to succeed with our software. This is an outbound sales role working with our existing and new customers to grow our position in the market. In this role you will be working with all Australia and New Zealandbased AEC and Manufacturing Companies.

This role is available as a fulltime permanent position and can be performed remotely from anywherein Australia or New Zealand.

What youll do:

  • Focus on sourcing new leads & manage sales for new and existing customers in the ANZ
  • Be part of expanding the offering of LCA and EPD tools in the AEC and Manufacturing sectors
  • Keep up to date on developments around LCA and EPD standards PCRs and practices
  • Educate prospects on the value and opportunities of LCA tools EPD and lowcarbon construction
  • Support our LCA software product development where needed
  • Attend industry events around the ANZ when necessary

What you need:

  • Ability and motivation to maximise the potential of assigned accounts
  • Motivation to help others succeed and to find solutions to their obstacles
  • Preferably an understanding of LCAs and its importance in the construction industry
  • Experience onB2B Sales and Account management with a successful track record of growth
  • Previous experience withCRM systems preferably Salesforce
  • Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly using what works
  • Customer and resultsoriented attitude a handson approach and comfortable to communicate with different seniority ofstakeholders
  • Very good listening skills and ability to see the situation from a clients perspective
  • Fluency in written and spoken English as it is our working language
