Tasks
What Youll Do:
- Analyze business requirements to understand and articulate the scope and objectives of new and existing product features.
- Write detailed Jira tickets and Confluence pages for the development team ensuring clear communication of requirements deadlines and priorities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders developers and designers to refine product concepts and user experiences.
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity resolving problems publishing progress reports and recommending actions.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and engineers.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented as intended.
- Participate in sprint planning retrospectives and daily standups to stay aligned with the team and address any issues swiftly.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of the industrys latest trends and technologies to improve product development and user experience.
- Ensure the development backlog is prioritized and that all Jira tickets are clear concise and actionable.
- Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team facilitating clear communication and understanding of project goals and priorities.
- Conduct and participate in user research and usability tests to validate features and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of new features using data to inform future product decisions.
Requirements
- High motivation to work as a Business Analyst in a product development environment.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical team members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and conceptualization skills in English and possibly in German
- An understanding of agile methodologies and the product development lifecycle.
- Bonus: Familiarity with user experience design principles and user research methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
