Tasks

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users via phone email or chat
• Manage and prioritize incoming IT service requests and incidents
• Install configure and troubleshoot hardware and software for end users
• Document all service desk interactions and resolutions in ticketing system
• Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT service desk support
• Strong knowledge of troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
