Command Control C2 System Engineer

We are looking for engineers to help define the commandandcontrol systems required to drive and regulate safely and efficiently the cryogenic ground infrastructures such as ground test facility(ies) and fueling systems for flight vehicles. These ground systems will ensure that our test bench(es) as well as all flight vehicles stays in sustained service.
The successful candidate will participate in the development of the required means from early concepts to bringing into use and final certification and approval under the responsibility of the Ground System Lead Engineer.

Tasks

• Based on the layout of possible ground infrastructures define the appropriate architecture of the required regulation systems for safe fueling operations.
• Define size and specify the associated products and subassemblies for commandandcontrol subsystems as well as for the maintenance of these capacities as relevant.
• Contribute to the associated component RFI / RFP to the tender evaluation and selection process until completion of all deliveries.
• Support the implementation set up and operational approval of the Destinus ground test range(s) including the compliance to applicable rules and regulations.
• Following delivery help in bringing the ground means into use in defining and implementing all associated standard operating procedures.
• Propose oversee and implement further improvements and evolutions of the ground means.

Requirements

• M.Sc. or M.Eng. in Aerospace Engineering Propulsion or Chemical Plant Engineering.
• Experience with Aerospace Systems regulation and control up to qualification and
  operations.
• Basic knowledge of the standards used for cryogenics including liquid hydrogen liquid oxygen liquid nitrogen.
• Handson experience and knowledge about pressure vessels sensors valves and other components for fluid control and regulation.
• Work experience with appropriate regulation/C2 software and other adequate software for system operations.
• At least 3 years of industry experience working on similar projects.
• Fluent in French and English.
• German language is a plus.
• Experience with agile practices is a plus.
