Tasks

Were looking for THE digital marketing champion to help us grow our digital community while we open more coliving spaces in Spain.

This internship is the perfect opportunity for you to discover a new dynamic and challenging environment in a fastgrowing market while learning new skills and becoming the best at what youd like to perform with. We will teach you about digital communication growth marketing and business development.

You will work fully remotely and also have the option to join us to work from our coliving spaces in Spain. If youre successful during this internship you could be considered for a graduate role and become a part of the marketing team officially.

You will be in charge of part of the marketing tasks and will report directly to the companys Marketing Manager.

Being our marketing intern means that every day will be different and dynamic. We are looking for a 360 professional who can adapt to different scenarios and with a great desire to learn and grow in the company.

Role & Responsibilities

Content creation & content calendar for Instagram reels feed stories TikTok Youtube LinkedIn Facebook.

Community management: engaging with the followers and answering comments and messages.

Digital nomads communities: interact with different groups and chats from the digital nomads community (WhatsApp Telegram Facebook). Promote events and SEO articles from the website.

Growth strategy for WhatsApp and Facebook communities

Influencer/Affiliate marketing: doing research and engaging with possible partners. Update our database monthly.

Podcast research and brainstorming about likeminded people to interview in new Digital nomads behind the scenes episodes (once per month. Editing podcast episodes once per month.

Copywriting blog articles SEO improvements.

Set up & coordinate online press campaigns.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Masters degree or finished studies within the last 6 months (being able to sign a learning agreement). Marketing student/Social media/ Publicist/Digital marketing&communication
• Experience in a marketing role and proficiency with analytic tools
• Must be able to complete 46 months of fulltime internship
• Native English speaker
• Availability to work up to 35 hours/week
• This is a remote job but it is required that you travel every 3 or 4 months to the facilities in Spain for team meetings and content creation. For this reason we consider that residents within the European Union will be best suited to the position.

> PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Being able to work in a 100% remotefriendly environment.
• Familiar with editing tools such as Canva Photoshop Illustrator Capcut Adobe Premier and Lightroom.
• Have the necessary technical equipment to start with a qualified computer and mobile phone to carry out this type of task.
• Past projects or jobs related to the digital world
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Resultsdriven focus with analytical capability
• Ability to think and act strategically and tactically
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Solid organizational skills including prioritization and time management
• Problemsolving skills
• Desire to be innovative and try new ideas
• Affinity towards data and technology with the ability to dive deep and analyze opportunities and processes
• Design/Photography/Videography skills for the content creation
• Previous experience in hospitality PR or related to human interactions
• Fluency in one or more European languages (ex: French Spanish etc.)

> EXTRA QUALIFICATIONS (is a plus if you...)

• You may have experience in social media management as a freelancer or growing a personal account.
• You may have experience in growth marketing or growth hacks/automation
• You may have experience in SEO content.
• You may have experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
