Requirements:

• Education: A degree in Accounting and/or Finance is essential.
• Certification: Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in accounting within the Hotel & Hospitality industry or a similar environment required
• Software Proficiency: Youre a wizard with financial software including MS Office Xero Dext and relevant Hospitality software (Semper).
• Legal KnowHow: Firm knowledge of SARS legislation and statutory submissions is crucial.
• Skills: High sense of responsibility excellent problemsolving abilities and topnotch communication skills.
• PressureProof: You thrive in a fastpaced environment and can handle the heat.

Responsibilities:

• Dive into daytoday operational activities across admin finance and hotel departments.
• Be the righthand person to our Head of Finance assisting with all accounting practices.
• Keep those financial wheels turning: ensure trial balances are ready and reconciled for accurate financial reporting.
• Monthly reporting Youve got it covered! Reconciliations and transaction tracking Piece of cake!
• Help us forecast and manage cashflow and budgets like a pro.
• Support the preparation of financial statements—your attention to detail is your secret weapon.
• Keep the asset register in tiptop shape.
• And yes therell be some general admin duties—because teamwork makes the dream work!
