Get Support is the goto partner for small and mediumsized businesses across the UK offering comprehensive computer hardware and software support and much more.

As our team expands we are seeking a customerfocused individual with a passion for IT to join us as a Service Desk Technician. In this role youll be the initial point of contact for our clients providing them with professional and reliable technical support through our Tier 1 Service Desk.

What will you do

  • Deliver efficient and effective customer service to endusers and stakeholders.
  • Handle incoming issues through our ITSM software ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide firstline diagnosis and resolution aiming for high firsttime fixes.
  • Escalate complex problems to Tier 2 Service Desk Technicians when necessary.
  • Prioritise and manage your workload to meet client SLAs.
  • Coordinate with third parties for software installation configuration and rollout.
  • Assist in setting up and deploying new users hardware and software.
  • Adhere to company policies procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of supported networks and devices.

To excel in this role youll need strong customer service skills organization and excellent communication and problemsolving abilities. While prior experience in a Managed Service provider environment would be advantageous its not mandatory as full training will be provided.
