Working on RFP/RFQ/RFI
Designing solutions and proposals
Recommending tools and technologies to bring in Automation Service Efficiency and cost optimization
Drafting Proposals and Cost sheets
Proposal presentation to clients
Requirements
Understanding about how the Clientserver architecture works with a mix of application frontend Authentication mechanism Middleware Database Storage Backup etc.
Knowledge of Security Fundamentals like Encryption Access Management Identity Management Access Control etc.
Knowledge of Cloud environment
Understanding of working mechanism of Remote Infra Management (RIM) services
Understanding of Workplace Management Services
Understanding of Service Desk Services
Understanding of IT Service Management
Knowledge of leading OEMs and various solutions prevailing in the market wrt IMS
Proficiency on MS Office Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and Organizational skills Pleasing personality and should be a good team player.
