You will be speaking to patients and informing them on the importance of treatment along with effectively and accurately describing plan options for type of treatment and pricing. In this role you need to provide outstanding understanding to our patients! Clarity in your explanation and providing outstanding customer service is a MUST!

Requirements

2 years of Treatment Coordinating experience (required)

Strong understanding of PPO HMO MediCal insurance plans (preferred)

detail oriented

strong verbal and written communication skills

strong customer service/sales skills

General and Perio Experience a plus

Excellent with new technology

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (e.g., healthcare administration, business administration). Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or dental industry is highly desirable. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of orthodontic terminology and procedures is a plus.
