The Head of Corporate Finance is a senior executive responsible for managing all aspects of the companys financial activities related to capital raising financial planning mergers and acquisitions and financial risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Professional certification such as CFA CPA or equivalent is a plus.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate finance investment banking or related field with a focus on financial management and analysis.
Experience in the microfinance or banking industry is highly desirable.
