Purpose:
- Acquisition of new orders
- Deviation of annual sales planning
- Ensuring customer satisfaction (punctuality in supply delivery communication)
- Full feasibility assessment for each offer (on Sales Force and Sharepoint)
Main Tasks:
- Organizational and commercial management of the sales force and sales office staff
- Acquisition of new contracts and negotiation of existing contracts based on economic criteria including production capacities
- Management of the entire relationship between company and customers
- Compilation of sales and selling expenses planning in coordination with local management and international director of sales
- Identification of new opportunities with existing customers
- Development implementation monitoring and distribution strategy
- Acting as the customer representative for clients
- Setting up KPIs and evaluating results including necessary actions
Competencies:
- Management of field sales staff sales support and technical sales support
- Ability to submit offers and negotiate prices
- Skills in completion of orders and price negotiations
Skills:
- Willingness to travel more than 40% of working time
- Advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency in Office programs such as Sales Force SharePoint SAP Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Good technical understanding
- Commercial and profitoriented thinking
- Ability to be a team player locally and globally including collaboration with other locations
