Job Description
Responsabilitati:
- Rapoarte HR (diverse: maternitate concedii ore suplimentare etc.)
- Refacturari catre alte entitati din grup
- Calcul buget lunar beneficii
- Diverse verificari (pontaje baze de date din 2 sisteme etc.)
- Suport in diverse proiecte de HR (pentru colectare date raportare etc.)
Cerinte:
- Cunostinte avansate de Payroll
- Cunostinte bune desisteme HRIS (precum SAP Success Factors Charisma ideal)
- Excel avansat (cunostinte vlookup tabele pivot etc.)
- Limba engleza nivel mediu (scris si vorbit)
- Bune abilitati organizatorice autonomie in munca si proactivitate.
Administrativ: Contract de munca pe perioada determinata pana la finalul anului 2024
