BOSS Built Environment are partnered with a large diverse Saudi Holding Group with a large local presence in Facilities Management Operations & Maintenance and Environmental Services. They require an Operations Manager within their Environmental Services team to manage a large contract concerned in City Cleaning across part of Jeddah. The role will be managing Project Managers of specific zones within the city and must adhere to strict KPIs to earn bonuses and avoid penalties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution and management of a citywide cleaning contract ensuring adherence to contractual obligations quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule cleaning operations across various zones within the city optimizing resource allocation and workflow efficiency to meet targets and deadlines.
• Supervise a diverse team of cleaning staff providing leadership guidance and support to ensure high performance productivity and morale.
• Develop and implement operational procedures protocols and safety measures to enhance effectiveness mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve operational excellence.
