Job Summary
- Data Entry & Management
- Maintain records of sales targets vs. actual
- Manage Tech sharepoint site
- Appointment Scheduling
- Coordinating calendar for CTO
- Scheduling meetings for tech organization
- Assist in organizing events and travel
- Reporting and Analysis
- Manage and monitor the technology tracker for leadership updates and projects
- Prepare weekly reporting
- Monitor open tech staffing needs by client for greater visibility
- Communication Support
- Assist in social media management and content creation for promotional opportunities
- Assist with organizing event webinars and training seminars
- Customer Service
- Responding to internal questions in a timely manner
- Follow up with post client visit/SOW deliverables
- Send client surveys prior during and post project completion
Qualifications
- Should be graduate in any domain
- Minimum of 4 years in relevant experience ( Virtual Assistance BPO/Freelance)
- Virtual Assitance Tech experience preffered
- Banking / Finance / Mortgage preferred
- Amenable to be working onsite
- Amenable to be working in a Night/ Graveyard Schedule
