Required a Test Analyst for Singapore Location

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications and systems with a focus on the Banking/Finance domain.
Perform functional regression and integration testing to identify defects and ensure adherence to business requirements and quality standards.
Utilize Python and SQL to create and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing and continuous integration.
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely resolution and bug fixes.
Participate in the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment providing valuable insights and feedback at each stage.
Document test results track defects and generate comprehensive test reports for stakeholders and project teams.
Stay updated on emerging technologies industry trends and best practices in software testing to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

Mandatory Skillset:
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
57 years of proven experience as a Test Analyst in an enterpriselevel environment preferably within the Banking/Finance sector.

Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with the ability to write complex queries and scripts fortesting purposes.
Solid understanding of software testing principles methodologies and best practices.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium pytest or similar.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Relevant certifications such as ISTQB CSTE or CSQA are a plus.
