Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
Finance Manager Qualifications / Skills:
- Ensure business processes administration and financial management;
- Maintain accounting system;
- Lead planning and forecasting activities with business partners to achieve business and company goals;
- Review financial reports;
- Prepare financial forecasts;
- Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance;
- Analyse revenue expenses cash flows and balance sheets;
- Assist management to make financial decisions;
- Investigates means to improve profitability;
- Review and processes payments of the company;
- Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents;
- Participate in the execution of changes to procedures policies and systems to facilitate expansion compliance and scaling of the business.
Finance Manager Qualifications / Skills:
- BCom in Accounting;
- Completed articles (SAIPA/CIMA/SAICA);
- Experience working with Build Smart;
- 10 years working experience in a similar role;
- Attention to detail;
- Strong quantitative skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects;
- Adept at analysing information;
- Decision making skills.
