Summary Description:
We seek an individual with strong interpersonal skills who would play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our organization. They will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of recruitment from sourcing and screening candidates to handholding the new hires throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify the manpower requirement across the three major verticals at EazyGrad i.e. Sales Lateral Business Function and Marketing.
- Source and attract top talent through various channels.
- Perform CV Vetting and screen the profiles as per our job requirements.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and communication with the interviewers and interviewees.
- Develop and promote the employer brand to attract candidates.
- Negotiate salaries and drive candidate closures.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a smooth transition.
- Prepare and distribute orientation materials and facilitate orientation and induction sessions.
- Process new hire paperwork and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Update the ATS with all recruitment metrics regularly and analyze data to optimize processes.
- Prepare reports on recruitment activity for management review.
- Conduct probation feedback sessions every month and complete the postprobation evaluation process.
