Overview:
As a Freelancer US IT/Non IT recruiter you will play a critical role in sourcing screening and attracting top talent in the IT industry. This position is essential to the organizations success as it directly impacts the quality and efficiency of our hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to source and attract potential candidates
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements
- Conduct prescreening interviews to assess candidates technical proficiency
- Negotiate offers and contract terms with potential hires
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities
- Manage candidate relationships and provide a positive candidate experience
- Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Meet individual and team recruitment targets

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven working experience as a US IT recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of IT concepts terminology and job requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close offers effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
