Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone email and chat/tickets primarily in Italian with occasional interactions in English.
- Assist clients in modifying vacation plans processing refunds and addressing queries about hotel and flight reservations as well as car rentals.
- Engage with both individual customers and B2B partners collaborating with hotel and airline representatives to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Navigate through our platform to guide clients in utilizing various services and resolving issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Italian(C1)and English(B2) both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills and customercentric approach.
- Ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and provide timely accurate solutions.
- Familiarity with the travel industry and reservation platforms is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
