Key Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with overall organizational goals.
  • Ability to provide strategic HR guidance to senior management and contribute to the development of business strategies
  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
  • Experience in building and maintaining a positive and collaborative HR team culture
  • Expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience managing organizational change including restructuring mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ability to facilitate and lead cultural transformation within the organization
  • Proven track record in fostering a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement.
  • Strong skills in employee relations conflict resolution and mediation.
  • Experience in talent acquisition workforce planning and succession planning
  • Ability to design and implement employee development program
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to effectively communicate HR strategies and policies to employees.
