Job Description:
Obtaining at least an appropriate university qualification.
Obtaining training and qualification courses (externalinternal) related to procurement work and tenders.
At least 10 years of experience in the same field of services required in the government procurement sector.
Ability to skillfully prepare correspondence for government agencies and companies in Arabic and English
Skill in preparing technical and financial reports for purchases and tenders and preparing recommendations.
Preparing the necessary statistics and studies to implement procurement plans.
Professionalism in preparing reviewing and drafting contracts.
The ability to provide training programs for members of the Ministry with complete professionalism.
Ability to deal with modern electronic programs and correspondence
