Salesforce Developer

We are using a microservicebased APIdriven software architecture built on Spring Boot and Java 11 with React in the frontend. We are currently working at an integration with Salesforce.

Responsibilities:

Work with amazing people in a diverse passionate and collaborative team.

Innovate and develop customized Salesforce solutions across various Salesforce clouds to meet business requirements.

Lead your team by example: mentor and guide team members and foster a positive culture that drives innovation. Provide technical expertise and guidance to juniordevelopers and crossfunctional teams on Salesforce best practices coding standards and design patterns.

Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and scalable Salesforce solutions.

Proactively identify and resolve technical issues optimize system performance and ensure data integrity and security within the different Salesforce environments.

Skills required:

Expertise in Salesforce development methodologies including Agile Scrum and DevOps practices for iterative development and continuous delivery.

Proven track record of successful Salesforce certifications.

46 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Mandatory Salesforce skills on Experience/Platform Cloud or eCommerce Cloud.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture data model and integration capabilities including REST APIs Salesforce Connect and Platform Events.

Proficient in Apex Aura Lightning Web Components and other Salesforce development tools to build and customize Salesforce applications.

Extensive experience with declarative customization tools like Process Builder Flow Builder and Salesforce DX for continuous integration and deployment.

Ability to architect and implement complex Salesforce solutions including custom objects workflows validation rules and security controls.

Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues perform code reviews and optimize performance for largescale Salesforce implementations.
