We are looking for a Product Manager for IVR OBD & Missed Call products. Who can take individual ownership of these brands & also can give the growth of the company through Sales and Marketing.
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Provide ontheground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
- Build and promote strong longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our companys relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Present sales revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
