Job Description
Join us as an Associate Agency Development Manager! Your role involves finding the right coverage for clients explaining our insurance products and nurturing longterm relationships.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting agents/distributors
- Explaining agent roles
- Motivating individuals to join
- Building strong partnerships
- Supporting new agents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales or marketing preferably in Sales Banking Finance NBFC Insurance or Investment sectors.
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Residing in the local area.
- Age between 21 to 28 years.
