Hotel and Flight Reservationist

1. Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking hotel accommodation. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone email or inperson providing personalized assistance and recommendations.
   

2. Reservation Management: Assist clients in selecting appropriate hotels based on their preferences budget location and other criteria. Make reservations accurately and efficiently using booking systems or online platforms.
   

3. Availability Monitoring: Regularly check hotel availability and rates to ensure accurate and uptodate information is provided to clients. Coordinate with hotels to secure reservations and negotiate rates when necessary.
   

4. Customized Recommendations: Offer tailored recommendations to clients based on their specific needs such as room preferences amenities accessibility requirements and special requests.
   

5. Booking Confirmation: Confirm hotel reservations with clients and provide them with detailed booking information including checkin/out times cancellation policies and payment details.
   

6. Documentation and FollowUp: Prepare and organize reservation documents including confirmation emails invoices and itineraries. Follow up with clients to ensure they have received all necessary information and address any concerns or questions they may have.
   

7. Problem Resolution: Handle any issues or changes related to hotel reservations such as cancellation modifications or unexpected changes in travel plans. Work closely with clients and hotel staff to resolve issues promptly and satisfactorily.
   

8. Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed clients expectations by delivering exceptional service throughout the reservation process. Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.
   

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management or tourism is a plus but not required. We will train you.
  
• Previous experience in customer service hospitality or travelrelated roles preferred.
  
• Proficiency in using reservation systems booking platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reservation management.
  
• Ability to multitask prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
  
• Knowledge of hotels accommodation and popular travel destinations is advantageous.
  
• Must be able to work in the U.S.
