Designation Design Engineer Job Description
Technical Skill Set
1. Preparation of Assembly and General Arrangement drawings of Pressure vessels Pharma & Chemical Plant Machineries.
2 .To design & create detailed drawings of castings machining sheet metal & fabricated components & assemblies.
3. Practical hands on GD&T applications for machined & fabricated components.
4. Practical Hands on weld symbols to be shown in detailed drawings.
5. Exposure to ASME/PED Code for designing pressurised & vacuum equipment s.
6. Exposure to Basic Design Calculations for machine building (related to stress pressure power torque etc.)
7. Familiar with basic machine element selection for e.g. (Bearings Motors Gearbox Mechanical Seal Rotary Union)
8. Familiar with selection of FLP ATEX UL & CE certified bought outs.
Administrative Skills Set
- Good at technical documentation. (Soft & Hard versions)
- Able to manage planned & unplanned tasks assigned to him Behavioural Skill
- Should be a good team player
- Quick Learner
- Adaptability to HLE Culture Software Skill
- Good Hands on Solid Edge (Machined/Sheet metal Parts/ Parametric Modelling)
- Good Hands on AutoCAD/ Brics Cad
- Good Hands on MS Office
- Familiarity with PV Elite
Experience Level
Should have around 23 Years Experience with minimum 1 year experience in pressure vessel design &/ fabricated equipment s used in Pharma or chemical industry
