Heres what youll do:

• Lead recruitment guiding hiring managers and candidates through a quality recruitment process
• Facilitate the planning implementation and execution of employee evaluation and salary review processes
• Act as an internal business partner supporting managers on team issues role design and unit structures
• Provide support coaching and leadership to employees and managers to improve relationships and the working environment
• Manage projects that positively influence employee value proposition experience engagement and retention
• Execute daytoday HR administrative payroll and legal processes in a timely accurate and consistent manner

Job requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the HR field in a HR Generalist role or similar
• Proven experience in talent management and recruitment
• Experience in designing and implementing HR projects and processes with a focus on best practices
• Good knowledge of Spanish labour laws and regulations
• Working proficiency in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills and a constructive collaborative approach
