Job Description

About the Company and the Role:

SCGB Solutions is a Bengalurubased business consultancy providing consulting (digital marketing performance marketing social media marketing content writing graphic design Martech etc. corporate law services and recruitment services to corporates and small businesses). The person joining this role will be responsible to play a key role in helping SCGB Solutions in managing the recruitment vertical and inhouse recruitment and talent acquisition for SCGB s brand MOH (visit ) for more information. This will be a mix of individual contributor and managerial roles.


Roles and responsibilities:




Work Days: Monday to Saturday (other than 2nd and 3rd Saturday)

Work Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in nonIT recruitment across multiple departments with a focus on digital marketing design web design legal content writing and social media marketing.

  • Ability to close positions within assigned timelines and proven track record of the same.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers across different departments.
