Remote role of a systems analyst. Must be strong with MS Dynamics GP. Must sit in Florida and be open to coming into the office in Broward County when needed. If interested please DM me.

Some of the tasks required.
Provides support for MS Dynamics GP 2018 system. Performs daytoday system administration tasks. Maintains Windows Server updates and patches. Coordinates system software upgrades with Microsoft partners.
Gathers requirements and gains a firsthand understanding of user needs. Interprets business process changes and develops specifications for software and configuration modifications.
Assists with efforts to integrate data and work processes. Analyzes current business processes to make them more efficient by leveraging Dynamics GP and possible ISV solutions. Analyze application usage and make recommendations to improve performance and usability.
Develop standards for the configuration of Dynamics GP modules.
Assists in new feature development for integrations website functionality Dynamics GP and others.
Performs additional related duties as required.

Job Info:

The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing leadership support and training for the MS Dynamics GP system to all clients enduser departments. The individual serves as a technical liaison between the IT department and all clients enduser departments resolving problems and coordinating software installations upgrades and updates; incorporating business process changes using software design and integrating identified crossfunctional efficiencies. The incumbent closely works with daytoday business units and provides technical support for Dynamics GP and related thirdparty systems and integrations. This position reports to the IT ERP System Integrations Manager and is an exempt position.

Tasks:

• Provides support for the MS Dynamics GP 2018 system. Performs daytoday system administration tasks. Maintains Windows Server updates and patches. Coordinates system software upgrades with Microsoft partners.
• Gathers requirements and gains a firsthand understanding of user needs. Interprets business process changes and develops specifications for software and configuration modifications.
• Assists with efforts to integrate data and work processes. Analyzes current business processes to make them more efficient by leveraging Dynamics GP and possible ISV solutions. Analyze application usage and make recommendations to improve performance and usability.
• Develops standards for the configuration of Dynamics GP modules.
• Assists in new feature development for integrations website functionality Dynamics GP and others.
• Assists in the definition of test conditions and the development of accurate and complete test plans.
• Provides support and training in the use of the application including orientation for all new staff and specialized training in response to changing roles and business processes.
• Maintains all internally controlled applications to ensure availability with minimal user outages in production systems.
• Works with the help desk to provide technical assistance to users and troubleshoot and resolve applicationrelated problems.
• Troubleshoots technical issues and manages technical support with Microsoft Partner. Utilizes a wealth of experience researches online knowledge base articles and converses with users to resolve system issues.
• Modifies and creates custom reports using MS Visual Studio and SQL Server Reporting Services.
• Communicate with existing software vendors to understand current product functionality and areas for improvement.
• Develops effective working relationships with all endusers. Meets the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
• Attends and participates in staff meetings and other activities and events as requested.
• Must adhere to all clients policies and procedures.

Skills & Abilities:

• Extensive knowledge of Dynamics GP specifically Financial Series including the Accounts Payable Module and Loan Management software.
• Knowledge of Mekorma SmartList Builder and Tibco Scribe.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Reporting Services and Microsoft Visual Studio.
• Demonstrate support for SQL scripting GP report writing and SSRS report development skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint.
• Some knowledge of Dynamics CRM is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office product suites.
• Demonstrate basic analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
• Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines as well as multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
• Demonstrate a high level of motivation initiative responsibility and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• A bachelors degree in information technology or a related field is required.
• A minimum of two (2) years of Dynamics GP support experience is required with a concentration in the Financial Series.
• Must have experience working in an administrative role in a midlarge corporate environment.
• Experience working in the public sector such as local government is a plus.
• Prior experience working with and providing support for SQL scripting GP Report Writer and SSRS reports.
• Knowledge of the Dynamics database schema including GP table names and structure is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows server operating systems (and above) and SQL Management Studio.
