Job Description

Company Profile : An emerging manufacturer of Industrial Fragrances with application in Personal Care and Home Care industries (B2B) . The company has a Sales Office in Koregaon Pune . The company has PanIndia domestic sales and Export Sales to Middle Eastern countries. The company has manufacturing facility and corporate office based in Kolkata India.

Position Title: Marketing & Sales Coordinator
Department: Marketing & Sales
Reporting: Sales Lead /Director

Role & Responsibilities:
  • To carry out effective sales coordination between Sales Team Accounts team and Fragrance Development team as per the requirement.
  • To manager Customer Service for Domestic as well as Export business.
  • To follow up weekly basis with key customers of Fine Fragrance/ Cosmetics/ Detergents.
  • To support conversion of lead to customer of Fine Fragrance/ Detergent and Cosmetics.
  • To create RFD on the basis of briefs received from customer based on detailed knowledge and understanding of such projects.
  • To follow up on sample feedback on a timely basis.
  • To generate new business by way of regular follow up for new orders with the customers allotted.
  • To carry out UT updation
  • To carry out open RFD status follow up and update it on a regular basis.
  • To maintain tracking sheet of sample sent to customers with courier details
  • To share sales circular to customers and execute the same
  • To arrange pick up of samples from customers end
  • To manage appointments with customers for meeting with Director Sales during tour.
  • To follow up with customers for collection of payments as per the credit norms / payment policy.
  • To sending requisition for buying any perfume for Fragrance Development purposes
  • To share transport details of material with customer
  • To book complaint for any material issue received from customer and its follow up with concerned department
  • To support in giving pricing update to customer
  • To provide weekly / monthly MIS Dashboards and reports to Management as per their requirement.
  • Any other responsibility as assigned by Management from time to time.

Work Timing
Monday to Friday: 10 AM to 7.00 PM
1st and 3rd Saturday 11.00 Am to 5.00 M
