Prosegur Change are now opening several new branches at Changi Airport and therefore looking for Treasurers.

Job Description: An exciting opportunity awaits you in our Changi Airport operation to join one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups. We are committed to nurturing individual skills and supporting career aspirations.

As part of the Treasury team at Prosegur Change you will play a critical role in monitoring stock levels to maximise efficiency. Your primary focus will be on ensuring timely delivery of cash in alignment operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximise stockholding to stay within COP limits

• Provide exemplary levels of service in all areas including acknowledging customers when in a customer facing environment

• Maintain a professional approach to colleagues and management at all times

• Maintain stocks of local currency foreign notes and all sundry items in all locations in line with business demands

• Support Treasury Manager with ordering stocks of local coins on a weekly basis

• Monitor rate fluctuation on a daily basis and liaise with Treasury Manager to amend rates when necessary

• Reconciliation of all transfers between branches and wholesalers on a daily basis

• Maintaining accurate records for all wholesale external transactions and credit cards

• Follow all internal procedures when handling company value

• Be aware of and adhere to security features and procedures within the branch

• Produce daily weekly and monthly reports to create historic data

• Inform management immediately if there is the slightest suspicion of untoward behaviour within the team

• Ensure that Prosegur ChangesVision Misson Values andAspiritionsare fully implemented

• Undertake other duties as considered essential for effective operations and services as this list is not exhaustive

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a treasury role or a related field for a minimum of 18 months
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions
• Excellent organisational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and externalstakeholders
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week 5 out of 7 days flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Eligibility:

• Must be eligible to work fulltime in Singapore
