We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing slot games development department. As a Project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the successful execution of our game development projects from concept to launch. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including game designers artists developers and quality assurance professionals to ensure the timely delivery of highquality slot games that exceed our clients expectations.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
Lead and manage the project team providing guidance support and motivation throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with internal departments to allocate necessary resources ensuring smooth project flow.
Crossfunctional Collaboration:
Foster effective communication and collaboration between various teams such as game designers artists developers and QA professionals to ensure project requirements are met.
Facilitate regular meetings reviews and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress.
Promote a positive team environment encourage creative problemsolving and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure the delivery of highquality slot games.
Collaborate with the QA team to develop test plans perform thorough testing and address any identified issues or bugs.
Conduct regular reviews of project deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring effective communication and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular client meetings and provide status updates on project progress addressing any concerns or questions.
Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding existing client relationships through successful project delivery.
Continuous Improvement:
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in the slot games development space providing recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
Conduct postproject evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects.
Drive the adoption of project management methodologies and tools to enhance project efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science Game Development Project Management) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the gaming industry specifically in slot games development.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Detailoriented mindset and a focus on delivering highquality results.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Passion for the gaming industry and a solid understanding of slot games.

Work Life Balance:

• 22 paid leave days and two extra paid leave days per year for every year up to 32 days (working days) in addition to the public holidays (11 days). Extra leave days for every extra year at the company 43 days including public holidays by year 5 of employment.
