Join our dynamic team as a Working Student (UX/UI Designer) and contribute to our cuttingedge global health insurance applications.

Tasks

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive visually appealing designs.
• Create wireframes mockups and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Plan conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative UX research such as interviews surveys and usability tests to uncover pain points and iterate on designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration and correct implementation of UI components.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g. Interface Design Digital Design Media Design Graphic Design or a similar subject with a design focus).
• Demonstrated interest in usercentered design principles.
• First experiences in creating visually appealing UI layouts and interactive prototypes for web / desktop applications.
• Familiarity with design tools (especially Figma).
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong sense of visual design balance and visual hierarchy as well as understanding of UI patterns and UI components.
