Were partnering with a leading BPO company to find a talented Dutchspeaking Technical Customer Support Advisor to join their team in Bucharest Romania!
Tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone and email).
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently ensuring their satisfaction.
- Assist users with presales questions general inquiries and technical support issues.
- Effectively troubleshoot customer challenges and offer solutions within established timeframes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully addressed.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior representative.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to resolve customer inquiries and close tickets.
- Actively listen to customers understand their needs and provide solutions that exceed expectations.
- Document customer interactions comments and complaints according to company procedures.
Requirements
- Professionally fluent in Dutch (written and spoken)
- Fluency in English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical language
- Resourceful adaptable and calm under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic with a balance of independence and teamwork
- Customer service experience (a plus)
