Job Description
Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems, such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).
Deep knowledge of technical service management processes and key frameworks for service management.
Ability to provide technical support and consulting to clients regarding the implementation and customization of ITSM solutions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with work teams and customers effectively.
