We RentoMojo were founded by IITM alums and serial entrepreneurs who worked out of almost every major city in India in his first five years of corporate career. Frustrated with the hassles of relocating from one place to the other and tired of finding that perfect cluster of home essentials that suited their lifestyle.
The spending youth especially the millennials & Gen Zs prefer staying light desire flexibility and are value conscious. Willing to experiment with new stuff across categories that make life simpler and not boring these generations are also sensitive to our planets sustainability. RentoMojo caters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet due to nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on rental basis thus providing more flexibility than owning the expensive furniture and appliances.
With 1000 people operations the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back Rentomojo has not only made a new market of lease which never existed for the consumer they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021.

About the Role:
As a Graphic Designer you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and compelling designs that align with our brand identity. You will be responsible for developing graphics for various platforms including our website social media channels marketing materials and other promotional collateral. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design possess a keen eye for detail and have a deep understanding of current design trends.
Responsibilities and Ownership:

- Provide ideas and strategic direction and create content ensuring alignment with the brands identity and goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the brands visual identity is effectively integrated into marketing campaigns product designs and other brand touchpoints.
- Define and execute design strategies that enhance the brands market positioning target audience engagement and overall brand experience.
- Stay informed about design trends cultural shifts and industry best practices to evolve the brands design approach continuously.
- Conceptualize and oversee the development of visually compelling designs for a wide range of projects including digital media print collateral merchandise packaging and more.
- Maintain high standards of design quality ensuring all outputs meet or exceed brand expectations and industry standards.
- Work closely with copywriters and other team members to integrate copy and graphics seamlessly.
- Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion ensuring timely delivery of highquality visuals.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 years of relevant experience in industrystandard design tools and software.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator) and other visual design tools
- Strong understanding of relevant trends consumer behavior and brand
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand objectives into effective design solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
