Job Description
Summary
- Department: and nbsp;Progressive Care Unit
- Shift Timings: 07:00 19:30 Hours. Monday to friday (3 days/12 Hours)
- Per Week: 36 Hours
- Post cardiac surgery stepdown unit/card tele unit experiences with post cardiac surgery preferred pod 1 and beyond. Experience with cardiac drips Cardizem IV Lopressor Dopamine Milrinone Amiodarone drips. epicardial leads pacers chest tube management diabetes education
Roles and amp; Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Work Authorization

Certifications and amp; Clearance Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
