Logistics Manager Thailand

• Placing orders for purchasing raw materials with foreign and local suppliers based on the requirements from production

• Selecting brokers and shipping companies for inbound and outbound shipments

• Preparing documents for inbound and outbound shipments

• Maintaining database of suppliers of raw materials and shipping companies

• Creating and maintaining database of raw materials and finished goods

• Selecting the most efficient routes of inbound and outbound shipments (costs/time) and logistics

• Follow up on delivery of export shipments to key customers, obtaining documents confirming shipment arrival and receipt

• Communicating with BMG customers in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand on paperwork for the shipments

• Thai national – female/male

• Good knowledge of English – Written and Oral

• Proficient in Excel, Word, Google

• 3-5 years’ experience in similar position with similar responsibilities

• BMG production site – Chonburi (Laem Chabang area)
