Director of Finance

Reports to the Chief Financial Officer

We need a topnotch Director of Finance for our fastpaced team in the Computer Software field. They will manage all financial operations and offer strategic financial advice to our senior leaders.

Major Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
• Provide strategic financial leadership support (business partnering and collaboration) to the company crossfunctionally in sales revenue growth management marketing and operations.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis for senior management
• Monitor and analyze financial performance
• Responsible for the General Ledger monthend close financial reporting balance sheet account reconciliations and working with the Accounting team A/R A/P Payroll and other departments to ensure the P/L is fairly stated.
• Responsible for managing the Finance Team and all aspects of financial reporting and analysis including preparation of P/Ls and cause of change business review presentations financial metrics and KPI reporting sales analysis volume rate & mix analysis ad hoc financial modeling labor analysis etc.
• Lead and mentor the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• CPA CMA or CFA certification is preferred
• Must be an expert in Excel Pivot Tables Sumlfs
• Minimum of 58 years of experience in finance or accounting two years as the lead in finance.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience in the Computer Software Saas industry is a plus
