Assistant Controller

Reports to the Controller

Job Summary:

Our client is growing and we have new positions to support the growth. Exciting Saas company with international clients. We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced Assistant Controller to join our team in the Computer Software industry. The ideal candidate will assist the Controller in managing the companys financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Experience implementing Sage or similar ERP
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decisionmaking
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
