Sr Laravel Developer

Job Responsibilities:

• Figuring out the technical needs to team members and solving the technical aspects of their work with them
• Document/create processes
• Communicating any new features or processes with the team
• Write clean test driven easily maintainable modular code
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Perform UI/backend tests to optimize performance
• Manage cuttingedge technologies to improve legacy applications
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements with server side logic
• Gather and address technical and design requirements
• Build reusable code and libraries for future use
• Liaise with developers designers and system administrators to identify new features
• Follow emerging technologies
• Integrate and maintain various API connections
• Develop various automation processes on various platforms such as Zapier IFTTT or simply design manual processes

Job Skills:

• Excellent communication skills geared towards communicating with both technical and nontechnical parts of the team acting as translator where needed
• Proven work experience with PHP JS CSS HTML
• Work experience with Laravel and WordPress
• Experience with Vue.js a strong plus
• Ability to find patterns to automate redundant manual tasks
• Linux console skills
• Familiarity with AWS server architecture
• Indepth understanding of the entire development process (design development QA deployment)
• Familiarity with frontend languages and tools (e.g. HTML JavaScript CSS jQuery etc)
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Teamwork skills with a resourceful problemsolving attitude
• Experience using git
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
