A successful and growing Healthcare Management team is seeking a qualified Nurse practitioner to join their team in the Primary Care division. The candidate will provide high quality primary care to geriatric patients in a LongTerm Care facility in Daytona Florida. The candidate shall be passionate and eager to work with the population and have background LTC/geriatric care experience.

Schedule:

Fulltime

5 days per week

8hour shifts

• Valid NP license in the state of FL
  
• Board Certification
  
• Primary Care experiencepreferred
  
• LTC experience preferred
  

Responsibilities:

• Manage all Primary Care related consults
  
• Conduct physical exams
  
• Prescribe medication and drugs
  
• Reach an informed diagnosis based on the medical knowledge and the patient s medical history
  
• Check in with patients who have acute issues and establish a followup plan
  
• Demonstrate competency in planning and preparing for the care of the residents
  

Compensation:
