Patient Demographics: Adult & Geriatric
% of Practice: 70% Oncology 30% Hematology
Required Procedures:
Management of VAD/CV catheters order tests order images prescribe meds.
Trauma Level: III
EMR: Cerner (Epic FY24)
Other Info: Willing to consider Medical Oncologist or Hem/Onc provider.
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active IA License
BC/BE (ABMS or AOA); If BE must be 05 yrs post residency
Must be available for the requested April shifts listed above
COVID Vaccination proof
Local candidate/Driving distance (preferred)
