Job Description
Reporting to: Finance & Admin Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Creates analyses and present financial monthly P&L or annual reports to the management
- Raise monthly payments & record financial transactions in a timely manner
- Tracking of pending payments from customers and to suppliers
- Preparation of monthly Sales Matching Analysis
- Managing and processing office claims and staff reimbursements in a timely manner
- Liaise with outsource accountant on monthly account documents submission for book keeping & audit purposes
- To undertake any other adhoc duties required by the office or Managing Partner
